1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NeoNest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NeoNest is a puppy care management application that helps breeders and pet owners track:

Puppy weight and growth
Feeding schedules and logs
Health observations and alerts
Temperature monitoring
General puppy care information

3. User Accounts

You may use NeoNest as a guest or create an account using Google Sign-In. If you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information
You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer or modify the App
Use the App to harm animals in any way
Share false or misleading health information

5. Intellectual Property

NeoNest, including its design, features, and content, is owned by LifeLight Studios. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (puppy profiles, photos, notes). By using cloud sync features, you grant us permission to store and process this content to provide the service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Core features of NeoNest are free. Premium "Pro" features require a subscription (currently £4.99/month with a 7-day free trial):

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
Subscription management and receipt validation is provided by RevenueCat
Refunds are handled according to the respective store policies
You can manage or cancel your subscription via Google Play or App Store settings at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

NeoNest is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Data loss (always keep backups of important records)
Decisions made based on App information
Health outcomes for your animals
Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NeoNest if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
